# Risks and disclaimer

## Data and model risk

Market data can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or wrong despite the
freshness and refusal controls built into the data layer. Model output can
misinterpret data that is itself correct. Treat every answer as a starting
point for your own checking, not a conclusion.

Noxint is not a broker, adviser, fiduciary, exchange, custodian, or execution
venue. It provides information, not decisions.

## Infrastructure risk

Access depends on chains, RPC providers, wallets, and third-party services.
Any of them can fail or go offline, and that can interrupt sign-in,
verification, chat, or the Holder flow.

## Token risk

Token price and liquidity can be volatile or can disappear entirely. Holding
\$NOXINT guarantees nothing: not profit, not service continuity, and not the
future availability of any feature. The flow is a bounded credit grant under a
solvency cap, not a return.

## Change

Rates, costs, laws, taxes, and external platform rules can change. When a
change is material to the economics, it gets an updated contract and public
notice.
